NetReception
NetReception® is a full feature Virtual PBX and switchboard application specifically designed for the FMS/FMC marked.
NetReception® can be deployed standalone or be integrated with most commonly deployed VPN and IP Centrex solutions from major vendors thereby creating a powerful and valueable add-on to those.
NetReception® is carefully designed to give the agent a simple and effective call handling tool, with maximum overview and ergonomic usage. The agent can give the customer optimal information, for instance using Caller Id, automatically matched towards both company CRM databases, and Directory Assistance services if needed.
Before a call is transferred using NetReception®, the agent can see if the intended call receiver is available. This is done using presence information gathered from both the company calendar system, information from the company systems, own notes, and through Network Operator’s presence information.
With NetReception® the agent can decide to do an announced call transfer, and present the call details or perform an unannounced (single step) transfer to for instance a hunt group, or directly to a co-worker. The agent can also take messages and handle them using both e-mail and SMS.
NetReception® has capabilities for handling several inbound numbers, allowing an agent to answer calls for several companies or departments.
