CTI Gateway

The CTI Gateway module interacts with 3rd party clients such as switchboard-, enterprise IT-, SIP-, Web-, and mobile- clients via secured API's.

Via the well defined Web 2.0 web services API interfaces enterprise 3rd party clients log on/off over a secured and SLA-controlled interface and can now intereract with telecom network ressources existing in the carrier network.

The CTI Gateway module allows client to interact with and/or take control of their operator hosted communication solutions typically provided in the form of a hosted VPN or Centrex solution in collaboration with presence servers (HSS/HLR), SMS-/MMS-C, voicemail solutions etc.

CTI Gateway thus hides the complexity of the telecom network for the 3rd party client while providing highly efficient means of value add features and functions.

The CTI Gateway module works with NetPresenceNetReception and NetConference our in-house operator solutions as well as with solutions from major vendors such as Alcatel-Lucent and Broadsoft.

SWITCHBOARD INTEGRATION

CTI Gateway provides integration and interfaces between 3rd party switchboard vendor PC based solutions and telecom carrier hosted solutions.

CTI Gateway provides amongst others:

  • Secure access control of enterprise based switchboard solutions via SLA enforcement
  • Enhanced presence and mobile status information of members
  • Queue status information
  • Call logs
  • Display of incoming call number (A-number)
  • Reversed A-number lookup in local database and on the internet
  • Easy to use message function (e-mail and SMS)
  • Ad hoc message on each employee
  • Switchboard call control manipulation functions such as e.g. Pick up call, Answer call, Call hold, Camp on busy, Blind and consulted transfer, Retrieve Call
  • Support for switchboard quickdial and call transfer buttons

CTI Gateway supports 3rd party switchboard integration access for vendors such as BluePosition, Aastra, TRIO and Miralix.

ENTERPRISE IT SOLUTIONS

The abillity for enterprises to combine their business IT solutions with carrier hosted netcentric telecom solutions has grown over the past years.

In their approach to reduce total cost of ownership over the last years in having their telephony services outplaced to carriers this has now proven to become much more complex and costly to obtain.

Enterprises are more and more in need of flexible solutions that will allow them to:

CTI Gateway lowers this barrier in providing means for enterprises to easily integrate their Enterprise IT system with carrier hosted telephony solutions to allow them to become more customer oriented and effecient in their daily dealings with their clients and customers.

In using the standards based Open API's provided by CTI Gateway only limited programming is needed to create highly integrated solutions.

We are actively seeking partnerships with leading 3rd party IT providers that will enable and provide almost plug-and-play integration and connection between their solutions and telecom networks in using CTI Gateway as the means hereto.

Some of these partners are Microsoft OCS and Salesforce.com to enable integration of their products with hosted carrier solutions.
