Platform overview
CTiBridge® works on IMS, SIP, Parlay and SIGTRAN based networks and is installed on industry leading J2EE servers such as SUN Glassfish Enterprise Server or Oracle Communications Converged Application Server on any compatible HW platform.
Compared to traditional SIP AS's CTiBridge® uses concepts from SLEE to add an event driven architecture to the platform which furthermore has been enhanced with a number of resource adapters for simplified connectivity to other systems.
Together with the High Availabillity telco grade functions CTiBridge® provides a number of additional ressources required to ensure telco grade and easy deployment and integration of services with various other system elements:
- High Availability Service Layer infrastructure with scalability, clustering, fail-over, data persistance and load balancing
- Service Oriented Architecture for provisioning
